The students in “Management / Management of Organizations” programme acquire integrated knowledge of the basic functions of management - planning, organizing, motivating and controlling, as well as skills to apply them in senior management and executive positions in strategic, tactical and operational management of various organizations, regardless of their sectoral affiliation.

The programme prepares managers for different fields of the economy: managers of higher and middle levels in economic and non-profit organizations and activities; managers in corporate-type organizations and small businesses; researchers and scientific workers in the field of management; managerial staff in the business administration, including managers of different units, analytical specialists and specialists in managing the various resources in the organization, etc.
