International Business is the first Bachelor degree programme for Bulgarian and foreign students taught in English. The programme helps students gain knowledge and develop practical skills in international business, economics and management. The major has been created to respond to changes in the economic environment, the process of business globalization and the development of new forms of international business. The students receive in-depth academic, theoretical and practical training with contemporary methods and tools.

The objective of the International Business programme in English is to train qualified graduates in economics able to work in various international business organizations and their divisions. The students are taught to think creatively and analyse business processes.

The graduates in International Business may find employment in international trade, international banking and finance, international transport and forwarding, international logistics, international tourism, etc.

Upon graduation, obtaining Bachelor's degree in International Business, students may continue their education in a wide range of Master's programmes.
