Expected knowledge and skills after acquiring qualification:

The training aims at providing students with basic knowledge and skills in the following areas:

1. Diagnosis of business environment aiming at:

  • adapting businesses to the factors of the environment through the implementation of projects;
  • impact of businesses on the microenvironment through projects;
  • analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of a particular organization and planning of inefficient project ideas for realization of competitive strategies for development.

2. Analysis and development of strategies for change of organizations by:

  • evaluation, selection and implementation of adequate project ideas;
  • planning and realization of business organizations projects;
  • management of the parties concerned, which are interested in the realization of organizations' project
  • scope management, schedule and budget of the projects of organizations;
  • management of human recourse teams of project management;
  • management contractors of the project activities;
  • risk management and project financing.

Employment opportunities upon graduation:

The purpose of the program "Project Management" is to prepare qualified professionals who can: work successfully in business organizations or their subdivisions, as well as consulting firms, investment companies, companies investing in real estate, banks, insurance companies, pension companies; they can work successfully in the structures of public administration - ministries, provincial and municipal administrations and non-governmental organizations; they can effectively perform their duties as specialists; effectively manage resources of organizations for project management, entrusted to them; can find effective solutions for planning and implementation of projects; think creatively, analyze and implement good business practices in project management.

Graduates can work as functional specialists and/or managers in the field of project management on positions such as:

  • Project manager in an enterprise;
  • Project Manager in Public Administration and NGO;
  • Project manager;
  • Investment Project Manager;
  • Expert or consultant on programs and projects in institutions, companies, departments, unit and others (for investment projects, public-private projects, for organizations of tender, for selection of contractor for project activities, etc.);
  • Assistant of European programs management and projects in enterprises, government and municipal authorities and others.
