Department Activities: Provides scientific information for students and lecturers by using traditional and new information technologies - trhough the usual bibliographic way, on-line search in the electronic catalogue, CD-ROM and Internet databases. In this department is the interlibrary loan service.

Department Activities: The Library serves over 40 000 patrons annually. The distribution attain about 300000 books per year.

Department Activities: Digitization center provides high quality digitization services: digitizing books, textbooks and valuable and rare books from across the library archive collections, ensures support and storage of the documentary resources from the library funds and uploads them in the electronic catalogue of the library.
