The structure of the University of Economics – Varna consists of the following academic and administration units:

The Bachelor’s Educational and Qualification Degrees at University of Economics - Varna is completed in four faculties: Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Management and Faculty of Computer Sciences. Faculties contain the departments providing education and training in related majors. The department is a faculty unit at the University and at the colleges too. It conducts educational and scientific research and activity in related similar subjects. The governing bodies of the department are the Department Council and the Head of the Department.
The Language Department is made up of the Department of Slavonic Languages and the Department of Western European Languages. It offers Bulgarian classes to international students and conducts foreign language studies and training at the University.
The College of Tourism is an academic unit at the University of Economics - Varna. It has succeeded the First Bulgarian Higher School which trained specialists in tourism management, hotel and restaurant management, as well as leisure management, and was established and acquired recognition in 1963 as the Institute of International Tourism.. The College trains operational staff and middle management in three majors: Management of Tourism, Leisure Management and Hotels and Restaurant Management. College graduates obtain a diploma for an Occupational Bachelor in Tourism, fully compliant with the European standards of occupational higher education – this takes three years of study, and is equivalent to 180 credits. - The Center of Master Education performs all activities for preparation, organization and conducting the admission to Educational and Qualification Master’s Degree candidates and it continues to support the Master’s Degree students from their enrollment till their graduation
