The Ministry of Education and Science invites all Research Institutions to apply for conceptual project for centre for science achievements and/or competency.

All conceptions are expected to be submitted in the attached application form in Bulgarian and English until 30^th May 2014 in a hard copy to the Directorate "Science" - Ministry of Education and Science. Furthermore, the conceptions must be also submitted in electronic Excel format to the e-mail address: ceel@mon.bg
