The Spanish and Latin American Film Festival born from the idea of sharing the Spanish culture in the city of Varna through the screening of different Spanish movies during the months of March. April, May and June with the collaboration of the University of Economics - Varna and the IV Bilingual School "F.Joliot-Curie". 

The last movie of the Festival will take place on the 9th June 2014 at 18.00h in the room "AULA" of the University of Economics - Varna with the screening of  Celda 211 (Cell 211), in Original Version with subtittles in English.

Celda 211 (Cell 211) is a 2009 Spanish film directed by Daniel Monzon and awarded with 8 Goya Awards which explains the story of two men on different sides of a prison riot -- the inmate leading the rebellion and the young guard trapped in the revolt, who poses as a prisoner in a desperate attempt to survive the ordeal.
