On the 24th of February the University of Economics-Varna (UEV) traditionally organized the Welcome Day for its international students. During this day incoming students had a chance to meet Institutional Erasmus Programme Coordinator Prof. Dr Ec. Sc. Dimitur Stefanov Radilov, International co-operation and public relations vice-chancellor Ass. Prof. Violeta Dimitrova Yaneva, all the team of the International Relations Office as well as some their prospective teachers.

Meanwhile, ESN UE-Varna (Erasmus Student Network of UEV, a part of one of the biggest interdisciplinary student associations in Europe which operates in UEV with an aim to work in the interest of international students, improve their social and practical integration) will organize the Welcome Days for all international students including not only UEV incomings, but also exchange students from other universities in Varna, to get in touch with Bulgarian traditions and culture.

Finally, according to the International Relations Office of UEV, for this Summer Semester 32 students from thirteen countries (Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovenia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Montenegro) chose to study at the University of Economics-Varna. All of them have an Introduction Week from the 24th of February till 1st of March during which they get more familiar with the academic life of UEV.
