Free intensive course in International Business Law - US Fulbright Scholar

University of Economics in Varna is proud to have the opportunity to invite you to a forthcoming event related to „International Business Law“ in cooperation with guest lecturer from one of the US Fulbright Scholars currently in Bulgaria. David Austill is a Professor of Accounting and Business Law at Union University.
Course description:
"International Business Law" is a course emphasizing the study of law relevant to persons, business entities, organizations, and governments in matters concerning doing business globally. The focus of the course is on international business transactions; thus, the topics discussed will range from international trade and treaty law, contract law of business transactions and sales, dispute resolution involving parties from different nations, documentary transactions, international shipments, letters of credit, employment and labor issues involving multinational corporations, alternative means of doing business abroad, and competition issues, including foreign bribery, in international business.
The course will take place from 4th to 7th April - 17:00 to 20:00 and 8th April - 10:00 to 14:00.
