Students Division
Students Affairs Department supports the work of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs with regard to the training of Bachelors degree students. The Department coordinates all primary and auxiliary units at the university, which are involved in the organization, carrying out and controlling the activities for acquiring Bachelors degree.
The structure of Students Affairs Department consists of two divisions: Educational Activities Division and Students Division.
The Students Division is engaged in rendering administrative services to the lecturers and students in a specially designated front office. Its main tasks include:
- Students enrollment
- Preparation of documents and issuance of diplomas
- Handling the examination procedure
- Handling the activities of the Deans, Faculty Council and General Assemblies of the Facilities
- Miscellaneous: (preparation of statistic reports and analysis; presentation of information in relation to the accreditation of the University, etc.)
